Yes. If you are not satisfied during your first paid month, Handled Calls offers a refund of the first month’s subscription fee, excluding usage charges and third-party fees.

Does Handled Calls record live calls?

No. Handled Calls does not currently record live calls. It transcribes and summarizes voicemails.

Does Handled Calls store card data?

No. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Handled Calls does not store full card numbers.

Can customers opt out of texts?

Yes. Handled Calls supports common opt-out keywords like STOP.

Is Handled Calls an emergency service?

No. Handled Calls is not a 911 or emergency service and should not be used for emergencies.
